Home Made Mini Sausage Bun
Ingredient A :
Flour 200gm
Instant yeast 2tsp
Water 200gm
Ingredient B :
Butter 100gm
Flour 100gm
Salt 1tsp
Instant yeast 1/2 tsp
Ingredient C :
Sausage 10 rolls
Method :
1) Mix Ingredient A, let it rise for 1 hour
2) add in Ingredient B, leave it rise again 15mins
3) Roll up the sausages.
4) Preheat Fujihome Oven FBI 931 at 180' bake for 10 mins
Tips: you can add some mozerella Cheese on top sausage bun.
