Tuna Supreme Pizza


Dough Ingredient 
Medium Protein Flour    200gm
High Protein Flour           80gm
Yeast                              5gm
Egg                                 2nos
Cold Water                      200gm
Butter                             30gm

Topping
Tuna, Onion, Crab Meat, Pineapple Cube, Cheddar Cheese, Mozerella  Cheese, Parmesan Cheese

Sauce
Tomato Sauce, Basil, Oregano Herbs, Black Pepper, Green Pepper




Method:
1)   Mix Ingredient A until a well dough, leave it rise for 20mins
2)   Place evenly into a greased pizza pan
3)   Layer sauce and topping in order listed
4)   Preheat FUJIHOME OVEN FBI 931at 200', bake for 20mins


Tips: 
be creative with toppings for your pizza, 
use your favorite vegetables and meat toppings.

Mini Sausage Bun from Oven FBI 931


Home Made Mini Sausage Bun



Ingredient A :
Flour                200gm
Instant yeast     2tsp
Water              200gm

Ingredient B :
Butter               100gm
Flour                100gm
Salt                  1tsp
Instant yeast     1/2 tsp

Ingredient C :
Sausage           10 rolls

Method :
1)  Mix Ingredient A, let it rise for 1 hour
2)  add in Ingredient B, leave it rise again 15mins
3)  Roll up the sausages.
4) Preheat Fujihome Oven FBI 931 at 180' bake for 10 mins

Tips: you can add some mozerella Cheese on top sausage bun.
